Kitecharts.zerodha getting 502 bad gateway error for the past 3 days

If I make the following API call:
https://kitecharts.zerodha.com/api/chart/3329/5minute?public_token=LG9780AjRPNTnbE80V2RpyFi1W6psN6T&user_id=XXXXX&api_key=kitefront&M7Mh1g4MpMkAvwN1hsaCRDAHB4XzoeXP&from=2019-01-01&to=2019-01-01&ciqrandom=1523097180933
I am getting a 502 bad gateway error. This has been the case for the past 3 days. Occasionally, I have seen it work, but the erroe is shown 99% of the times. This is irrespective of any scrip number or duration I use.
