Error while fetching historical data, Request failed (kitetrade-common).

Sometimes I get following error when tried to query historical data,
[2019-01-29 00:50:53,544] ERROR : Request failed (kitetrade-common).
It's not consistent though, sometimes the query runs fine

Our data team is already looking to 502(request failed) errors, it's very few(mostly in single digit instance) through-out the day.
