Kiteconnect receive delayed data for few hours

Kiteconnect receive delayed data for few hours. This happens last two week. As this is live the trades are not properly closed leads to losses.

Please help resolve as soon as possible

    My application did not generate candle in that time, I checked the tick data in that time. It was old reflecting old time and the price also old, around 35 mins old. Please find the enclosed screen shot. I require solution for this as soon as possible.

    We have checked the above at our end and, there was no delay in any segment feeds.Can you make sure that there was no WebSocket disconnection at your end?

    We didn't have any issue from our end. You can verify it on the Kite charts.

    Kite chart is correct. Is that the same data coming in KiteConnect?

    yes, if there was some issue with Kite Ticker then you won't see those candles.
