Is Historical Data available only during exchange hours?

I was trying to get HistoricalData post exchange hours(17:00 IST), the api gives me

{"status":"error","message":"Incorrect `api_key` or `access_token`.","data":null,"error_type":"TokenException"}

though during the same session I am able to successfully call getInstruments()

You seem to be using an invalid access token.
Generate a new access token and then fetch data.

Thank you for reverting, figured out, there was an issue in the code.
