Hi I am using websockets to fetch the current values and DH/DL etc. Today the websocket returned me the opening prices of previous day i.e. 17th Oct instead of 18th. The timing is 9.16AM, well after the market opens. The same happened for IDFC/ALBK/CUMMINS INDIA & ADANI PORT (All Futures). This is very dangerous, till yesterday everything was working fine Please look into the matter as early as possible, else let me know what changed overnight so that I can make relevant changes at my end. I am using JAVA Thanks.
Hi Today again I was streaming data for Infratel Future, and at 9.16 I got a day low of 373.35. I checked with NSE data and also other trading account data, but day low was different from what I received. Please check the same and kindly ensure errors do not repeat, we are using your paid services and expect to get quality. Thanks
