I think it gives Volume traded for a day since 9:15 till last tick i.e suppose 11:00. But want to calculate volume as per candlestick intervals i.e 1 minute or 3 minute. Means I want to calculate traded volume per minute or per 3 minute or per 5 minute etc.

It is not included in websocket. You can use Historical data api for it. Checkout https://kite.trade/docs/connect/v1/#historical-data
Can I use Tick Model's Property "lastTradedQuantity" to calculate volume for the minute?
