This endpoint has nothing to do with Kite Connect. This endpoint belongs to Tradetron. You can contact their support and follow up with them.

but the client has msg that the zerodha has to provide Api token to goahead on everyday basis, which zerodha has not provide to the client, do we have any contact with zerodha to sort this matter

You have request token, you can call generate_session and create an access token. You can check out documentation here.
