I have moved away from downloading historical data and started using KiteTicker/WebStreaming API, thanks to @sujith@rakeshr for that.
To cancel the subscription which is pending of renewal by 16th of this month, all I need to do is hit "cancel" for Addons - Historical API? And this subscription will be active until 16th and get deactivated post that?
