SL Order changed to Limit and failed to Trigger

Hi Team,
This order(201012101363399) was placed as SL (screenshot confirm that trigger is pending at 13.46). However seems at 14.03 something happened and this was showing as normal LIMIT order?

A SL order type changes to LIMIT once the trigger is hit.
