Frequent Read timed out error

I keep getting read time out error for the past 3 days ..
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.kite.trade', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7)
I am using Kite python API to read historic ohlc data and I am getting the above frequently these days.
Please help resolve

Maybe you can add a few delay if you are doing multiple period fetches in a single request.
