Volume discrepancy in Historic data and market quotes (Live feeds)

I made request for daily time frame data using historic data API for apollohospital for 8th June and its volume was 762347. Whereas when downloaded data using GetQuote() at the end of the day, I got 766456.

This is big difference of 0.28%.

Please help whether am I doing any mistake.

    Quote call volume include post-market trades as well, whereas historical candle, doesn't include this.
