Live tick data arbitrarily missing subscribed instrument token for few seconds

I have subscribed to python ticks for instrument token 260105(NSE: NIFTY BANK). It was working fine till yesterday but i have issue today where tick data is arbitrarily missing this subscribed instrument data for few seconds. NSE: NIFTY BANK changes every second, but tick data is not returning instrument quote data every second.

Is this an issue that happens regularly?

    We haven't observed this and we haven't made any changes to that?
