Refresh Token - How to get approval

Hi everyone,

https://kite.trade/forum/discussion/5394/refresh-token-generation mentions that "The refresh token is given to platforms like smallcase. These are exchange-approved platforms that serve retail clients on a large scale."

Can someone please tell what is the process of getting exchange approval?

    We did email to above id, have received again the following response. Can you suggest how to reach out to right team to get this clarification. Is there a separate email to raise this request?

    We would like to inform you that the above is not possible as it may be like copy trading, we also do not provide access tokens to session expires. And it is mandatory to log in every day.

    The refresh token is only provided for the apps that are made for mass and is approved by the compliance team. In the above case, it seems like compliance team didn't approve of providing refresh token permission.

    What is the process to get approval from Compliance team? Is it in-house team of Zerodha or external team?

    You need to write to kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com and it will go to our in-house compliance team.

    If required there will be an exchange audit also.

    We wrote to them. They asked us to reach out to Support portal.
