Timestamp not present in GetLTP and GetOHLC

Hi,

Response from Go client SDK APIs (GetLTP and GetOHLC) do not contain timestamp. How will I be sure that ltp returned in it are latest? Actually, in some instances, it happens that tick for an instrument is quite delayed (3-4 sec), so without timestamp in these APIs, how will I be sure that if a tick is delayed and I use one of the above APIs to fetch the ltp, then it is going to return me the newer data than the tick that I already have?

You can use the full market quote, it has timestamp field.

Thanks. Any idea if this field is exchange timestamp or timestamp inserted by Zerodha servers when they received this quote from exchange?

This is a field that comes from the exchange, we don't assign timestamp.

You get quote data, of the time when you make the request. Go through the documentation here.
