Is it possible to get the transaction history of a user in a given date range? I am looking for data that Console > Tradebook provides on Kite Portal.

Kite Connect only includes trading APIs as of now, backoffice APIs are not available yet.

No, plan as of now. Maybe you can download tradebook CSV for those data ranges from the console and sync it in your DB.
