The option chain is dynamic basis index movement. What is the best way to get furtherest OTM strike. This is needed to seek nearest premium as limiting the search to pre-defined distance may not server the purpose.

You can get all tradeable instruments/strikes from
the instrument list
. And develop logic to filter furtherest strike, etc.
