BANKNIFTY Expiry not corrected in Kite api response

Hi Team,
I am using
kite.instruments(exchange=kite.EXCHANGE_NFO)

but BANKNIFTY (NFO-OPT) weekly expiry or monthly expiry still coming as Thursday's.
From 7th July should this expiry not come as Friday's?
