need urgent help while login in Kite api, my project is stuck

i have an application in vb6, using kite api and history api for analysis and live pricing. i used it till feb 2017.

now again renewd it and started using it. But it is stuck at login page. All the parameters are same. The login page that opens up automatically in the authentication process, is stuck and does not closes by itself as it used to be earlier. i have to close it manually, resulting in error - "login aborted by user."

so is there any recent changes in api that i need to update or the authentication and login is still the same ?

provide me with necessary steps and guidance ?

    Try this..
    1.Ensure you are running your application as Admin.
    2.You added the below urls in the trusted sites in Internet Options.
    https://*.zerodha.com
    https://*.kite.trade
    https://redirecturl.com
    3.Try login in internet explorer manually https://kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=xxx

    && there is no separate support for paid members..

    i don't know but it started working without any changes.
    but worked for 3 days only.. and today.. again stucked at the login page.

    problem is when i call the login function, it opens a login window, where we enter id and pass then security question... but it hangs up after opening login window and closes itself with a error "login aborted by user"

    can't understand if the Kite is not stable or what's going on ?

    Further... sorry to say.. but on your homepage its written that Kite is the 1st and only company providing such api and help to the programmers... but m afraid my friend as most companies get down when there is no support for the paid members.

    @Kailash it was well said with good excuses and examples at my prev discussion over phone support... Similarly examples should also be there when developers ask something on this forum... not just for excuses.. but dont forget you people are charging each month from every developer, there must be a phone support. If its not possible, then there must be full working samples in .net, c#... as you have mentioned on website that we can develop in it.

    secondly my question is still unanswered and no proper help is provided from 24th july... this is waste of time and money for developers. Why don't you guys provide a 1 or 2 month trial then ? Best would be if there is no support, then the kite api must be free too.

    you have closed the forum topic so that no other can reply and raise the voice. You can even block the developers from this forum, but can't stop rising voice of developers to post on other websites and blogs about kites & the issues we are facing here.

    See.. M forced to work with kite.. m not passionate about it.

    .NET / VBA Kite Connect client is built by a community member. It is not built by Zerodha.
    We can't provide support for this. You can private message @botany02. He might be able to help you.

    when it is not built by zerodha and thr is no support, you guys must not mention about it on your website to misguide developers with a new hope
