Checking Order Placing

Is there any method in KITE api on which we pass some order related details like Exchange, Symbol, trigger_price, transaction_type, order_type etc?
And it informs that same ORDER is placed or not?

Please explain.

    You need to fetch orderbook and check for order status to know the status of an order or you can fetch order details as mentioned here.
