We were trying to squareoff the position and till this order was open I could not place any other order. This was very scary for us. We could not even cancel this order. Client Id: OE8733
Hey @Matti , Thanks for the update. I am still scared, if market had moved in these 15 mns, we would be in huge losses. How to handle these scenarios. We were helpless and who is responsible for all the losses incurred due to exchange issues.
