Please, Someone, help me how can I purchase a subscription of accessing historical Data.

You can go to developers console, click on app details page and on the right side, you will see an add-on section with historical data option.

Yeah, I also check there are an option Apps, and I check my app section in which nothing is available apart Revoke option.
