there are no issue with RTD. It may be due to your custom code which might be blocking data updation or any resources limitation at your end (CPU and RAM)
You can try our plain kite excel template to see how the data updates. We will also check this on Monday and update here
i tried in your option chain excel and all the sheets, there is wrong data at all times , better to connect through team viewer/any desk, i can show the errors. it is problem since starting. i checked with my friends also
We checked at our, the deviations are negligible. There always exists small deviations depend on the user network and latency, no two systems will receive same data at same time. But these small deviations are acceptable
If the deviations/delay's are high, you need to check your resources/code for what causes such huge deviations. You need to start checking with simple sheet with few symbols and comparing with kite data, and also check the same in different networks.
P.S. Try checking in cloud servers for better network and performance
iam doing this all in Cloud servers with internet speed 500 mbps and also with simple sheet which you provide. the deviations are huge, some times more than 50%. Ok, Can i show these deviation in your system if you allowed in simple sheet with any symbol.

We can't help on user/system specific issue. (the issue may be anywhere like network, user VBA code, CPU/RAM availability etc) If you want to see our system to check the quote update, let's connect tomorrow at 1100am. Meantime, check the data with the simple RTD sheet shared below, this doesn't contain any bulk VBA codes, so that we can check the real quote update speed. I learnt that this is due to MS Excel restrictions about lower and upper case, After changing some code, RTD values are updating correctly and matching with real data. Thankyou @HowUTrade
