Market order execution taking over 5 seconds

Today (09-02-2022) my algo placed a market order (Order ID = 220209200076613) at09:15:05.616. This is the time when I received the Order ID via WebSocket.
It was in the OPEN state at 09:15:10.817.
It was in the COMPLETE state at 09:15:10.831.

Any idea as to why the delay between placing the order and OPEN state?
Sometimes this delay is as huge as 10 seconds.
