Python Kite Connect website throug an error

While opening the Python Kite Connecct website its thrown an error like "Can't reach this page".

I used below URL,

Kindly let me know, what i need to do for resolving this issue.

    @Sathiyavel check if your DNS can resolve github.com domain
    use dns as 1.1.1.1
