Could you please share the correct Instrument Token for NIFTY23NOV19600PE and NIFTY23NOV19600CE under NFO-OPT. I tried with 15020290 and 15020034 respectively but get an error 'The instrument you are placing an order for has either expired or does not exist.'

You don't need an instrument token to place order but a trading symbol and exchange. Go through the documentation here.

Thanks @rakeshr! I had forgotten to change the exchange parameter in the above request and was looking for NIFTY23NOV19600PE in NSE and not in NFO.
