Cancel partially executed buy amo

If a place a order to buy a particular stock with 1000 quantity, and at 9:30, out of 1000 quantity, 700 got filled and 300 are still in pending_quantity. Now, if i cancel the order, will that 700 quantity will be bought and shown in holding the next day ?
