I want to implement few strategies in kite api. I am not a programmer. I will take help. But to implement and test it out, i cannot give my login credentials. Is a test account possible?
To generate RSI signals on minute candle for index like bank nifty do i have to purchase Historical API also for Rs 2000. So basically Rs 4000 per month?
To simplify it, yes. But you can do it without the historical API if you are taking the incoming websocket of data and converting them into candles and running your own calculations. Its a much more involved process

Also if there is code that i can use with historical API, I will like to use. I am not a programmer hence asking. So far I am simply able to connect and send simple order. With rest of the code if someone can help, i would be greatful.
