Showing Connection Error while connecting to websocket

I got following message everytime
Connection error: 1006 - connection was closed uncleanly (WebSocket connection upgrade failed (403 - Forbidden))

Can you please help me resolve this
Also can you please send me the latest Kite API Documentation
