Hi, I have been placing orders using kite API. For last 2-3 days, though the order was placed correctly and updated in KITE WEB UI, API was still reporting it as 'OPEN' even after the lapse of more than 90 seconds. Plz advise what could be the problem. @rakeshr@sujith
The same API is being used by all our platforms. It is very unlikely that this is happening. Can you enable debug logs and share the complete request and response json.
PS: Make sure to remove app and client specific tokens.
