How to get the actual cash that can be used for buying shares

Hi,

Let me give a scenario

I have Opening balance of 2.5 lac
I sell LiquidBees of 5 lac
I buy shares worth of 50 thousand ( hence I see negative value for Margin Used. Margin Used -4.5L)

How can I get exact cash balance before buying a share now using Kite API?
