Wrong error - market order was rejected since there are no trades in this instrument

explorer
Today morning I wanted to exit NIFTY2511623550CE with market order. NIFTY2511623550CE was already traded sufficiently enough, and had volume of 600k at 9:16. Despite of having volume, Kite did not accept the request and repeatedly failed with InputException.

Error response contained:
error_type = InputException
message = The market order was rejected since there are no trades in this instrument. Try placing a LIMIT order. [Read more.](https://support.zerodha.com/category/trading-and-markets/kite-web-and-mobile/kite-error-messages/articles/market-order-rejected-fno)

This continued at least till 9:20. I do not have info when the issue was resolved. I had to exit my trade with limit orders which I was not happy with.

I have often seen one or another issue with Kite APIs when there is huge volatility e.g. today's market gap down. Why are Kite is still not able to scale up, and be robust when there is volatility? The API prices are the highest in market so it is fair expectation that they work smoothly, have no unexpected errors and scale up even when there is volatility.

Clearly the failures I have seen today are not expected because instrument had whopping 600k volume right after market open. Kindly provide root cause of this issue.
