Hi,
Once my application logged into Kite, can I leave that forever.
Is there any expiry for the kite session ? How can I make the kite session do not expire ?
Please help as soon as possible.

Your app session won't expire untill next day but if you logout from Kite then it will clear all the sessions for the logged out user.

If I want to continue the same session for few days / weeks, can I set ?

It is mandatory by the exchange that a trader has to log in manually at least once a day. You need to log in every day.
