Error: Gateway timed outmultiple times today for retrieving quotes, retrieving orders, order placements etc. This happened at from 15:30 to 15:45 today (21 Feb). Can you explain what caused this? Such errors are very difficult to accept in prod systems.

The Kite Ticker restart had failed and it had to be manually done. We will check and fix it.
