Gateway Timeout Multiple Times today

Hi @sujith,

I received
Error: Gateway timed out
multiple times today for retrieving quotes, retrieving orders, order placements etc. This happened at from 15:30 to 15:45 today (21 Feb). Can you explain what caused this? Such errors are very difficult to accept in prod systems.

    And it continues to happen every now and then even now (16:00 to 16:30)

    There was some issue at the datacenter. We are waiting for their response. It started at 15:29 and it was resolved in few minutes.

    @sujith The issue seems to be resolved now but now there is websocket issue. "Error during websocket handshake. Unexpected response code: 502".

    @sujith Yes it working now. Can you please let us know why this was caused. And is there a way we can get a notification when there is a downtime in kite API.

    The Kite Ticker restart had failed and it had to be manually done. We will check and fix it.
    We will announce it on the forum when there is downtime.
