Too many requests

I'm getting too many request Error while fetching ltp eventhough im requesting ltp under requests limit.
im getting rate limited if i even make 2 requests in a sec.

But brother why am i getting rate limited in just 2 LTP requests in a sec? when API rate limit is 10 requests in a sec.

@rasp LTP API comes under Quote which has 1 r/s limit.
