it's well established at this point that "[email protected]" only generates an automated message that says: "It's best you post the same in the developer forum."
Hey. This forum has certain rules that you need to adhere to. The INR 2000 is the price of the APIs, not support. All support for the APIs barring billing related queries are to be posted on the forum. If something needs to be referred to the talk@rainmatter email, we'd let you know on the thread in special cases.
As for support SLAs, there isn't one for the APIs. The developers available on the forum will be happy to answer your questions at their convenience. Be nice, and be patient. You'll receive answers to your questions
