The problem with Market Depth (Top 5 bids and offers) continues and not sure how such a critical issues is yet unresolved. The problem seems to be specific to Kite and KiteConnect APIs and does not occur on Nest Plus. For eg, I place a Sell order on IBULHSGFIN-N7 for 5 shares at Rs 1190.27. This order does not appear in Top 5 bids and offers on Kite (Web). However, when I call up your support center on 08040402020, they use NestPlus and are able to see this order. I have spoken to a lady called Surya, and have logged this complaint. Please resolve asap. Sometimes these Orders start appearing in Market depth after more than 30 Minutes!! I believe this problem exists for all illiquid scrips

Sujith, Can you reconfirm that the issue is actually performance related which would get resolved with new data center or is it a logical issue/bug with Kite3 and a software issue? If issue is performance related, shouldnt the same occur on Nextplus as well?

The problem with MArket Depth being incorrect continues. Please check 0DHFL21B and SREIBNPNCD-NH on July 9, 2018 from 9:45 hrs onwards. The "Ask" Price for my sell orders are not getting update for more than 60 minutes!
