POSTBACK not working.

I am trying to use Postback mechanism (v3) and don;t see any callback from ur end.
can you please check and let me know if i am missing something?

I have already checked that page. do you have any PHP example for postback?
Btw i have tested my setup and code with postman and it is working fine. so need your help to identify the issue.
