Not able to exit BO orders for which SL, Target order got rejected.

Please find the parent order ids: 180806000313301 (INFY), 180806000313514(ITC)
I tried placing counter MIS order, even BO order but of no help.
Few minutes back, I received SMS from zerodha asking to place counter NRML order for such scenarios. But not sure how to place NRML using kite-web, and tried using apis failed with below error:
RMS:Rule: Check holdings ,No Holdings Present for entity account-WD8695 across exchange across segment across product

Need immediate help.
