Very poor support from Kite Connect team

I really like Zerodha as a trading platform but kite connect support is really very very poor, I have subscribed to your package since 15 days but support guys are not able to solve the problem of https, I dont have https on my local machine, and I cannot run sample script on my machine. Nither zerodha team provide timely support nor they have telephonic support for customers. Very pathetic response.

I am having very small problem , I want to test kite connect php script on my local machine, but I cant run it as it throws following error.

Uncaught NetworkException (503) 'SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate' thrown in .....\kiteconnect.php on line 1021

I am having Windows7 professional and running XAMPP webserver.

Hope this post draws attention of Mr.Kamath and set up good customer care team for Kite Connect also.

    This is a community driven forum. We don't provide technical support for Kite Connect. Most of the users here are the developers who have ample knowledge about Kite Connect and coding, there is no support representative here.

    I think your system doesn't have a proper SSL setup. You can try some suggestions as mentioned here.

    Please do note that this has nothing to do with phpkiteconnect. This is a system specific issue, there are many production apps which uses phpkiteconnect.
