getHistoricalData : Error is "Invalid `api_key` or `access_token`"

when i call getHistoricalData with it's @param but API returns "Invalid `api_key` or `access_token`"
and occured same error when i call "getQuote", and other funcations

Please help me and provide solution not a Documents
