Bulk quote API not working properly

Earlier following query used to return quote for all (102) the requested tokens. Now it return only 66.
Is there recent change in API ?

Are you sure these are valid instruments as in are these actively traded instruments today?

You are requesting quote for wrong instrument_token, we can't find instrument_token of 11302658,11304706,10560002 in instrument file here.

These are instruments of Feb series & i guess those should be valid till end of feb isnt it....

Can you let us know the intrument_name/symbol, can't find it in instrument dump?
Make sure, you are reading instrument_token from this instrument file.
