'Insufficient permission for that call.' for getting historical information

I'm getting this issue when ever we are trying to call historical data for a particular stock.

I see the "ADD on" is also enabled and it is not working . How to resolve this?

    You need to create a new session after subscribing for historical data to use it.

    Permissions are assigned while creating a session, hence you need to create a new session after subscribing for historical data.

    I have done the same . But still it is not working

    It seems like you haven't subscribed for Historical data API. You have just added 2000 credits to your account. You need to go to app details page and subscribe for the historical data.

    Please check this. It contains the details with historical information. Not sure why the historical data is not workign

    Historical data isn't activated. If activated,it will status as active and end date.

    This is an example of what an active historical subscription looks like on the app details page. It seems like you haven't subscribed to historical data.
