Every day zerodha blocks stocks for intraday margin trading, as per volatility thats fair enough, but once the stock is no longer volatile its should be avialable for intraday trade. I had been complaining about these for like ages, so to start we find zerodha having 550 stocks for trading and then after 2 months its only 412.. intraday is useless with good amount of stocks to choose from icici has like 1000+ i dont want 1000+ but atleast expect some sound mind, if u have 550 stocks u may block a few for a day but then it has to be restored back... this is the reason we hadnt ventured out much on zerodha.
@raminde, As per our RMS policy, stocks that hit circuit limits are removed from the intraday margin trading list of stocks and are reviewed every 3 months. Stocks that have been blocked in the past 2 months, will be reviewed this month and updated accordingly. Side note: The volatility of mid and small-cap stocks has been quite high over the past few months due to a correction in these stocks, hence, the number of stocks allowed is lower than normal.
Rubish argument.. u cant be moving from 550 stocks to 400 stocks and when people like me starts shouting ur developers realize they forgot to remove the block and then u unblock them... I guess you are a new in here and choose to lie about ur policies refer ur old coleagues replies earlier...
@raminde,
Faisal has clearly stated the policy, there is nothing to lie here.
