Historical data permisssions denied

Subscription for Kite API is done and When connected to Kite API it is running successfully... But when we try to retrieve Historical data, it is throwing Error: 403 (Forbidden - The remote server returned an error - System.Net.WebException )... Kindly help us resolve the issue at the earliest...

    You need to generate a new access token after subscribing to historical data.

    We do not understand sujith, subscription is required for historical data also?. we paid only 2000 credits to place orders through kite apis.
