I remember seeing 2 different costs for Historical Candles and the other for trading. But now I see only one which is 2k per month. Does it combine both the products? If not, how do I subscribe to each one of those separately?

A historical data subscription is an add-on subscription. You need to have base subscription to subscribe for the same.
