Query Related to Kite Connect Subscription

Hi Team,

1. I have taken Kite Connect subscription. It is due for renewal. I was unable to use the funds from a Zerodha ID which has authorised the app to renew the subscription.
2. How to enable Kite Connect for multiple Zerodha IDs

    For the above compliance query, you can write to kiteconnect(at)zerodha.com . Explain the detailed reason behind the requirement of multi-user access.

    You may go to the billing page on the developers console and link a Zerodha account you wish to link for auto-renewal.
