Not receiving ticks

Hi,

I had a working node.js program and everything was working fine until yesterday. Suddenly from yesterday I stopped receiving ticks for the subscribed instruments.

My IP: 159.89.161.30
Node.js version: 11.7.0
Kite Connect version: 3.1.0

Can you please let me know what is it going on? This is effecting my business very badly.

Note: The same node.js program if I run from another server it's working fine, just not from my desired datacenter server. May there is a IP block on your end? Just curious.

Please help me ASAP, Thanks in advance.

Can you give us more logs?
We can't debug anything with this. We need more information.

When market is live, if you run this file out of 5, 3 times you don't receive ticks.

You forgot to assign subscription callback inside getAccessToken function.
ticker.on("connect", updatePosition);

function getAccessToken()
{
  ......
   ticker.autoReconnect(true, 20, 5);
   ticker.connect();
   ticker.on("ticks", onTicks);
   ticker.on("connect", updatePosition);
   ......
 }

updatePosition is being called every 30 seconds, Please check the Main() function.

It's getting called. But, there is no assignment for subscription. You can try the above-given code forgetAccessToken and check once.

Ok, I have set the code as per your instructions. But it didn't do anything. Please check out following video, out of 5 times, 2 times it did not give me tick data.

The same code is working fine at our end, removing the DB query part.
