Access Token Validity

Hi,
We are generating Access Token from Request Token.
Please confirm what will be the validity of an Access Token and Request Toke.

And, What is the exact time when these access / request token is updated.

This is clear that access token validity is complete whole day. Can you please mention the timings when it is updated?
After getting access token; it will be saved in db. Please mention when saved access token is expired.

All the access tokens are flushed at around 07:00 to 07:30 AM in the morning.

What will be the suitable timings to reset the access token after 07:00 AM or after 07:30AM?
Please suggest.
