By default, you can use Kite connect APIs on a single user.

I meant to ask if can have two simultaneous kite sessions of a single zerodha user on both Java and Python.

Yes, you can use multiple sessions of kite connect for single user. Just, make sure you are not exceeding the rate limit as mentioned here.
